Installation Instructions:

1. Start by removing the front number from the motorcycle.
2. Carefully cut away any cable ties holding the start and stop switch cables on the handlebars. Unscrew the clamps and let them hang freely.
3. Locate the switch connector on the bike. It is often located near the steering head on the chassis, but can sometimes be found under the tank.
4. Disconnect the connector and remove the switch. Remember how the wires are routed for future installation.
5. Clean the connector with a contact cleaner, such as Maxima Electrical Contact Cleaner.
6. Loosely attach the new switch to the handlebars in the desired position.
